About
Redwood Empire Rolfing is a holistic bodywork practice in Santa Rosa serving Sonoma County, focused on relieving chronic pain and improving posture through structural bodywork. We offer Rolfing and craniosacral therapy, along with sports massage, for clients dealing with back, neck and shoulder pain or long-standing effects from car, bike and ski accidents.
Our approach is careful and skilled, and we take time to understand each client's concerns and explain what we are working on. Many clients find that sessions bring real relief and help their bodies re-educate themselves, and some return for ongoing maintenance as their needs change.
We are glad to work with people across Santa Rosa and the North Bay who want an experienced, attentive practitioner.
