About
At Reclaimed Touch Massage & Bodywork, we help Ashland and the surrounding East Bay community ease tension and recover from everyday strain with thoughtful, hands-on bodywork. Our sessions blend a refined Swedish technique with deeper work where your body needs it, with each stroke guided by what you need in that moment.
We find the tense spots that are easy to miss and adjust our pressure to release them, and we talk through what we notice so you leave with a clearer sense of your body. We create a calm, peaceful room with gentle lighting and background sound you can choose, so you can fully unwind from the first touch.
Clients often tell us they feel safe and cared for on our table, and we take the time to advise on simple stretches and daily habits that help you stay comfortable between visits.
