Reclaim Pelvic Therapy is a physical therapy practice in Pleasant Hill focused on pelvic floor health for patients across Contra Costa County and the wider East Bay. Our approach is trauma-informed, so every visit starts with a full evaluation and a calm, unhurried conversation about your goals.
We build a personalized plan that can include hands-on treatment and targeted pelvic floor exercises you can practice at home. Many of our patients come to us after years of trying other options for pelvic pain, incontinence, or painful intercourse, and we take those experiences seriously.
We also work with postpartum patients who want to feel like themselves again, whether that means returning to exercise or simply feeling comfortable in their bodies. Patients often tell us they feel at ease with us, and we aim to keep every session warm, encouraging, and a little bit fun.
