About
ReActive Movement brings small-group and private Reformer Pilates to Montclair Business, in Oakland, Alameda County. Our classes are capped at five people, so every client gets close attention from our instructors.
Our approach is gentle and broken into clear steps, which lets you build toward more advanced moves without strain. Many of our clients come to us for back pain, scoliosis, hip or knee concerns, and recovery after surgery, and we tailor each session to those needs.
Our studio is clean, spacious and well equipped, with modern equipment that is kept well maintained. Our team is knowledgeable and friendly, and we work to make sure every client feels seen, heard and better after each session.
