Ramen 101

Ramen 101 is a ramen and Hawaiian restaurant in Milpitas, Santa Clara County, focused on fresh, flavorful bowls and shareable plates. Our menu has plenty of variety, from spicy black garlic ramen and vegetable ramen to karaage, shrimp tempura and beef bowls, so it works well for solo lunches and larger groups alike.

We take pride in fresh ingredients, and our chicken katsu is a standout, with a crisp coating and juicy chicken inside. Our service is friendly and attentive, and we're happy to make sure first-time guests feel well looked after.

Our mini meal is a favorite for quick lunches, offering a satisfying portion at a very reasonable price. We're a comfortable, casual spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends, family or a date.
