Qingshu Malatang Hotpot brings a self-serve malatang experience, where guests choose their own meats and vegetables from a fresh selection, to San Jose and the South Bay. Our setup is simple and relaxed: grab a bowl, pick your ingredients, and our chef weighs it and prepares it with your choice of broth.
We offer a wide range of soup bases, including a golden broth many guests come back for, along with seafood, wagyu beef, fresh noodles, and a sauce bar with all the basics. Our space is small and comfortable, so it works just as well for a solo meal as it does for friends or family dining together.
