Strength, stamina, and confidence, all built in a supportive setting: that's what we offer at Punch King Fitness Sunset. Our classes blend cardio, strength training, and boxing technique, with each session designed to be different from the last.
We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced boxers, and our smaller class sizes mean coaches can pay close attention to form and technique. Many of our members came to us out of shape or unsure they could keep up, and they tell us the encouraging, challenging atmosphere keeps them coming back.
Our owner and head coach, King, pushes everyone to go a little further while keeping safety front and center. We're proud to serve families and fitness-minded adults across Sunset-Parkside and the wider San Francisco community.
