Proyecto Diaz Coffee - Roastery only, not open to the public

Oakland coffee lovers turn to Proyecto Diaz Coffee for freshly roasted beans that deliver rich flavor and a smooth, balanced cup. Our roastery is in Clawson, where we hand-roast small batches of coffee for customers across Oakland and Alameda County.

We also sell our coffee at the Embarcadero Farmers Market, where many of our regulars first discovered our blends. Our cold brew lemonade is a customer favorite, and we take care to get the ratio of coffee, lemonade and ice just right.

Our team is known for friendly, patient service, and we are always happy to share our roasting process with visitors.
