Protex Sports - Sports Psychology brings mental performance coaching for athletes to San Jose and the South Bay. We work with young athletes on the mental side of their game, helping them build focus, confidence and resilience through the ups and downs of competition.
Our approach is candid and practical, with honest feedback that athletes can put to use right away. Our sessions draw on a background as a former professional athlete, which gives us a firsthand understanding of the pressures players face in sport.
