About
Visitors across Sonoma and the wider Sonoma County turn to Prohibition Spirits Distillery for a broad selection of locally crafted spirits that are easy to explore, from gins and brandies to cellos and absinthe. Our tasting room makes it simple to sample widely, and our hosts are happy to guide you through the range and suggest cocktails to try at home.
We also offer specialty absinthe tastings and carry supplies for home mixing. Because of licensing at our location, not every spirit we make can be poured on site, but our menu still includes plenty of favorites to taste.
Many guests tell us the displays and ambience are as memorable as the spirits themselves.
Book through our booking page or stop by to start your tasting.
