Progressive Motion brings physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage and personal training together under one roof in Redwood City, serving patients across San Mateo County and the Peninsula. Our team works with people recovering from injuries like rotator cuff and lower back strains, as well as those managing long-standing knee and neck pain.
We pair hands-on care with targeted exercises and drills, and we take the time to explain the root causes of your issues so you understand your recovery. Many of our patients continue their progress at home with video demonstrations of the exercises we give them.
Our strength training and plyometric work helps people rebuild not only from injury but toward being stronger overall. Our new facility is clean, well equipped and easy to fit into a busy schedule, and our staff takes the time to know each person by name.
