About
Whether you need relief from tight muscles or recovery after training, Proactive Massage Therapy and Performance offers massage therapy tailored to you. Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy, movement and recovery, so each session is shaped around what your body needs that day.
We bring an intuitive touch and consider both the mechanics of the body and how it feels, creating a safe, calming space where clients can truly let go. Many of our clients are first-timers who find us patient and reassuring, and they come back for the thoughtful, professional care we provide.
We're proud to serve clients across Hayward and the East Bay who want massage that is intentional, attentive and built around their goals.
