About
Honest pricing, thorough inspections, and clear explanations: that's what we offer at Preferred Auto Repair. We're an auto repair shop serving Santa Clara and the wider South Bay, handling everything from brake work and transmission service to routine maintenance.
Customers often come to us for pre-purchase inspections, and we take the time to check each vehicle carefully before you buy. We explain what we find, prioritize what needs attention now versus later, and provide detailed repair plans with transparent pricing and no surprises.
Many of our customers return with their vehicles because they trust us to recommend only the work that's truly needed. Our team is responsive and known for quick turnaround, often getting cars back to drivers the same day.
We also offer chauffeur service for customers who need a ride while their car is in the shop.
Stop by or call to talk through what your vehicle needs.
