Precise Moves Chiropractic brings hands-on chiropractic care, rehabilitation and sports medicine to the Mission in San Francisco and the surrounding neighborhoods of the city. We treat everything from sports and gym injuries to shoulder pain, back and neck problems, and sciatica, combining chiropractic adjustments with therapy and targeted exercises you can continue at home.
Our approach starts with identifying the muscle groups and underlying causes of an injury, so we can work on the root of the problem rather than just the symptoms. Many of our patients come to us after a car accident, a herniated disc, or a long stretch of persistent pain, and we are glad to see them regain full mobility and get back to their daily lives.
