About
Families across Concord and the East Bay turn to Powell's Tae Kwon DO Center for martial arts instruction that builds confidence, discipline and respect in students of every age. Our classes are taught by Master Powell, whose skill as a martial artist is matched by his patience and warmth as a teacher.
We treat every student like family, offering guidance that goes well beyond the training mat and helping kids grow into kind, strong, respectful people. Parents often tell us they see real changes at home and at school once their children begin training with us.
Students progress steadily through the belt ranks, and our tuition is affordable compared with many other programs in the area. We are proud to be a family-oriented taekwondo school and would love to welcome you to the dojang.
