Posture Lab

Posture Lab brings posture assessment and hands-on bodywork focused on chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain to San Mateo and the Peninsula. Our Reposturing approach works on the fascia, the connective tissue that can hold pain and tension in place, so each session goes deeper than a typical massage.

Many of our clients have come to us after years of relief-seeking elsewhere, and we take the time to understand the underlying patterns behind their discomfort. Our team, including a skilled practitioner who has helped people recovering from back surgery, tailors each visit to the individual and explains what we are doing and why.

We offer one-on-one sessions and group sessions, and we also provide posture consultations for anyone who wants to understand and improve how their body moves and feels day to day. Clients often tell us they leave feeling lighter, more aware of their body, and more confident in their daily movement.
