About
Based in Walnut Creek, Popescu Construction handles full home remodels across Contra Costa County and the East Bay, from kitchens and bathrooms to electrical, plumbing, lighting and general construction. We bring a professional, organized approach to every job, keeping the site clean and paying close attention to the details that make a finished space feel right.
Our clients tell us we are responsive and easy to reach, and we work hard to keep projects moving on schedule, even when timelines are tight. We give honest guidance on budgets and materials, and we are happy to coordinate with the cabinet makers and other trades involved in your project.
Whether you are updating one room or renovating a whole home, we would be glad to hear about your plans and talk through what is possible.
