Podesta Construction

Podesta Construction brings design-build remodeling and general contracting to Potrero Hill and the wider San Francisco area. Our team handles everything from full home remodels and bathroom renovations to exterior work like front stairs and facades, and we also add decks and reconfigure floor plans to improve flow.

Many of our projects are in older homes, including Edwardian houses in the Richmond District, where we work with existing character and the owners' preferences. Clients tell us they value our careful craftsmanship, steady communication, and patience with questions and input throughout a project.

We bring a design-build approach, so we guide design choices, manage the project from start to finish, and keep the process as smooth as possible for homeowners across San Francisco and the Peninsula. Our on-site crews take pride in their work, and many clients return to us for additional projects.
