About
For Pilates instruction in Sebastopol, Pilates With Angelina is here to help you move better and feel stronger. Angelina's studio work covers private sessions and group classes, with options both in person and over Zoom.
Her approach is built around how your body moves, so she can spot where tension or imbalance is getting in the way and adjust each exercise to suit you. Many clients come to her to ease chronic discomfort or recover from injuries, and her customized Reformer and mat programs are designed to carry over into daily life.
She brings a wide knowledge of movement and healing methods, and she explains each cue clearly so you can really feel what's happening. Her classes are engaging and enjoyable, leaving you energized during and after.
