Pilates Lane brings varied, challenging Pilates classes and private sessions to Los Gatos and the surrounding South Bay communities. Our studio offers Pilates on the mat, the tower and the reformer, with each class designed differently so every session stays engaging and builds strength across the whole body, including the smaller muscles that matter more as we age.
