Pilates Home Practice brings Pilates instruction to Sebastopol and the wider Sonoma County community, with a focus on personal, attentive lessons. Our studio is a welcoming space with plenty of equipment, and our instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
Many of our teachers bring physical therapy training to their work, which helps us tailor each session to the individual, whether the goal is better balance, improved coordination or relief from back pain. Students who train with us often notice steadier balance and stronger coordination over time, and we take real pride in that progress.
We are also mindful of the needs of our community and have kept our studio and practices thoughtful and respectful during challenging times.
