About
Based in Martinez, PHO STAR, VIETNAMESE NOODLE & GRILL serves fresh Vietnamese noodle soups and grilled dishes for diners across Martinez and Contra Costa County. Our pho is the heart of the menu, with a flavorful broth and generous portions that families and lunch regulars keep coming back for.
We also make our banh mi with care, grilling the chicken and pork to order and pressing them onto soft, crisp French bread. Our team works quickly, so whether you're eating in or taking food home, your order comes out fresh and ready without a long wait.
Alongside the noodle soups, we offer fruit smoothies, with honeydew a favorite among our guests.
Stop by and see why people across the East Bay consider us a go-to spot for Vietnamese comfort food.
