About
Phillip Price Construction is a general contractor and home builder in Morgan Hill focused on kitchen, bathroom and whole-home remodeling for homeowners across Santa Clara County. We take on projects of every size, from a backyard screen house to a full downstairs remodel, and we handle the details from permits and inspections through to the final finishes.
Our team, led by Phil and his son Nick, is known for being approachable, knowledgeable and invested in each project from start to finish. We keep clients informed throughout the process, help coordinate engineers and specialists when a job calls for them, and make it easy to track progress and choose products.
Our crews work to a schedule and stay on time, including on demanding timelines, and we are glad to build custom features and special requests.
