About
Phil's Barber Shop is a barber shop in El Cerrito, Contra Costa County, focused on classic men's haircuts and a friendly, relaxed visit. Our barber Phil takes the time to make every guest feel welcome, and each cut is done with care and a steady hand on the clippers.
Many of our regulars tell us the conversation is as much a part of the visit as the haircut itself, so expect a personable experience from start to finish. We're proud to serve El Cerrito and neighboring communities across the East Bay who want a great haircut without the fuss.
You don't need an appointment to stop in, so drop by when it suits you and let us take care of your next cut.
