About
Based in Brisbane, Pet-Express provides international pet relocation for families across San Mateo County and the Peninsula. We help owners move dogs and cats across borders, handling the government paperwork, vet checks and treatment schedules that each destination requires.
Many of our clients are moving pets to places with strict import rules, and we guide them through every step well ahead of departure. Our team stays in close touch throughout the process, answering questions promptly and keeping owners informed from first call to delivery.
We also coordinate airport pickup and customs clearance, so your pet is met and cared for when it arrives. Clients often tell us how much it means to know their pet is in capable hands, and we take that trust seriously on every move.
