About
Berkeley residents and visitors from across the East Bay turn to Perspire Sauna Studio for infrared sauna sessions that leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and restored. Our clean, quiet studio is designed for unwinding, with sessions that many guests return to several times a week as part of their wellness routine.
Guests often tell us they notice a real difference in how they feel after each visit, from easing post-workout soreness to better sleep and more everyday energy. Our team goes above and beyond to make every visit smooth, and each session comes with entertainment options like Netflix and YouTube to make the time fly by.
Many of our members start with a single visit and find it so enjoyable that they choose a membership to make sauna time part of their regular week.
Book through Mindbody to find a session time that fits your schedule.
