About
PennDel's Bakehouse brings freshly baked breads, pastries and custom cakes to El Cerrito and the East Bay. We bake our croissants, banana bread, cupcakes and tiramisu slices in-house, and we're proud of how fresh and never fake-tasting everything turns out.
Gluten-free and vegan options are a regular part of what we make, including gluten-free banana bread and cupcakes and a vegan chocolate and strawberry cake. Our custom cakes are a favorite for birthdays, weddings and celebrations, and we work closely with each client on the design, from the flavor to the finishing details.
Our bakery is run by Pam and Gayle, who take the time to chat with customers and listen to what they're looking for.
