Peer Connection Center helps you build the everyday coping skills, emotional regulation tools, and supportive community that make life feel more manageable, and we're proud to serve people across Antioch and Contra Costa County. We're a peer-based mental health service, which means our team focuses on empowering you to make your own decisions and see yourself as more than your mental illness.
Our program is a place to start learning practical life skills and to explore advice you can weigh for yourself, at your own pace. We aren't licensed mental health professionals, so we don't offer clinical psychological treatment, but we're happy to point you toward a supportive, welcoming community.
Attendance is never mandatory, and we can provide transportation to help make it easier to take part.
