Based in Dixon, Pedro's Cocina serves Mexican cooking and catering for Dixon and the surrounding Solano County communities. Our menu is built around house-made corn tortillas, fresh salsas like our pineapple salsa, and classic dishes such as caldo de res, chicken tamales, nopales and fajita mixto.
We also cater events, and many of our guests have celebrated milestones with us, from retirement parties to gatherings of 70 or more. Our staff is warm and welcoming, and we work hard to make every visit feel like a family gathering, with plenty of food, bright decorations and plenty to look at.
