About
Pedro Bernardy brings personal training and martial arts instruction to Concord and the East Bay. We offer one-on-one coaching built around each client's goals, whether that means building strength, getting in shape or sharpening technique.
Our martial arts classes give students a structured path to improve their skills, confidence and discipline at any stage. We work with adults and families across Concord and nearby communities who want focused, hands-on guidance.
Each session is planned around the individual, so every client knows what they are working toward and how to get there.
