Paresh Martial Arts brings family-focused Tang Soo Do karate classes, along with fitness and Hatha yoga, to San Rafael and families across Marin County. Our programs welcome students of all ages, from our youngest Tiny Tigers to older kids and adults, and we build each class around individual growth rather than competition.
Our students progress at their own pace, and our Little Dragon program has helped many children grow in confidence, focus, and physical fitness. Under the guidance of Master Kristina Ohlson, we aim to create a warm, welcoming environment where every student feels accepted and encouraged.
Many of our families have come to see the studio as an extended family, and we are proud of the respect and self-assurance our students develop over time.
