Paragon Body

Whether you need to build strength, improve your fitness, or find a routine you can actually stick with, Paragon Body offers personal training, group classes, and nutrition guidance tailored to you. Our trainers take the time to show you each movement and adjust form and exercises to suit your body, including modifications for past strains or injuries, so you can train safely and effectively.

We offer both one-on-one sessions and small group training, and our coaches keep you accountable while making every workout feel encouraging and enjoyable. Many of our members have trained with us for years, drawn by our welcoming community and the care our team puts into each client.

Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, we'll meet you at the right pace for your comfort level. Our team also brings knowledge of nutrition alongside training, so your goals are supported both in and out of the gym.

Serving Saratoga and families across Santa Clara County, we'd love to help you start your next chapter.
