About
Looking for support with food and weight concerns in Walnut Creek? Overeaters Anonymous offers a fellowship of people sharing their experience, strength and hope around compulsive eating.
Our meetings give members a supportive, judgment-free space to talk openly about their struggles and recovery. We welcome anyone who wants to stop the cycle of compulsive eating, whether they are new to the program or returning after a difficult stretch.
Our local groups serve people across Walnut Creek and the East Bay, with members meeting in person and sharing the same twelve-step approach.
