About
Based in Fairfield, Overeaters Anonymous offers a supportive fellowship for people seeking recovery from compulsive eating and food-related struggles, serving Fairfield and communities across Solano County. We bring people together in meetings where members share their experiences, strength and hope in a confidential, judgment-free setting.
Our approach is built on mutual support, a shared recovery program and the understanding that no one has to face these challenges alone. Whether you are just beginning to explore your relationship with food or have been on the path for years, there is a place for you among us.
Meetings are open to anyone who has a desire to stop eating compulsively, and we welcome newcomers with warmth and encouragement.
