Based in San Mateo, Outdoor Fit Physical Therapy helps runners and active people across San Mateo County recover from injuries and get back to the activities they love. We start every patient with a thorough consultation and detailed measurements of strength and flexibility, then build a clear, systematic plan that is tracked and adjusted as you progress.
Many of our patients come to us with overuse injuries such as knee pain, Achilles and hamstring problems, or back pain that has kept them from running, hiking and working out.
