Omni Physical Solutions is a personal training studio in Santa Clara focused on strength, conditioning and long-term physical health for clients across Santa Clara County and the wider South Bay. Our coaching is built around understanding each person's goals, whether that's building muscle, supporting recovery from training such as jiu-jitsu, or staying strong and mobile for years to come.

We take the time to listen closely and give clear, accurate answers, so every client knows why they are doing what they are doing. Our coaches bring a positive, motivating approach that keeps people engaged and encouraged, and clients often tell us they feel stronger and more confident after working with us.

We also create custom online programs and remote group sessions for teams and individuals who prefer to train from home or the office.
