At Omine Karate Dojo, we teach traditional Okinawan karate and kobudo to students across South San Francisco, San Bruno and the Peninsula, from complete beginners to students with prior martial arts experience. Our instruction is patient and detailed, and our classes challenge students in a good way while staying welcoming to people of every age.
We also offer Iyengar Yoga, with class sizes kept small so every student gets plenty of guidance on poses at all levels and abilities. Our experienced instructor, Sensei Pat, brings a wide range of martial arts background to every class, and students keep learning new things long after they first join.
