Old Almaden Bar

Old Almaden Bar is a small neighborhood bar in San Jose focused on relaxed conversation, good drinks and a friendly, old-school atmosphere for locals across Santa Clara County. We keep things casual, with pool, karaoke, bingo and live music depending on the night, so there's usually something to do if you want it.

Our drinks are reasonably priced and our pours are generous, and the house bourbon is Ancient Age. Our bartenders are a big part of what makes this place feel welcoming, and they make sure every visit feels like a good time.

The room is fairly small, so it gets lively when there's music or karaoke, and that energy is part of the fun.

Whether you're a longtime regular or stopping in for the first time, we'd love to have you come by and pull up a stool.
