About
At Ofman Jacob PhD, we help adults in the Shafter neighborhood of Oakland work through the challenges that affect their wellbeing, relationships and daily life. We are a psychology practice serving clients across Oakland and the wider Alameda County area.
Our work centers on talk therapy that gives each person a safe space to explore what they are going through and build practical ways forward. We take the time to understand your goals before we begin, so that the sessions fit your needs.
Appointments are recommended, so we encourage you to reach out ahead of your first visit.
Call or stop by to ask whether our approach is a good fit for you and to schedule a first conversation.
