At Ocean Myofascial Release, Dr. Jessica Padilla, Physical therapist, we help Pacifica and the Coastside, and the wider San Mateo County community, ease chronic tightness and pain through myofascial release therapy. We are a physical therapy practice that brings a gentle, hands-on approach to every session, with careful attention to how each part of the body affects the others.
