About
Based in San Jose, Note to Self Healing - Intuitive Reiki & Energy Work offers Reiki sessions, Motoki energy work, and intuitive reading for clients across Santa Clara County and the wider South Bay. Our sessions are a safe, welcoming space where you can explore a different way of understanding yourself, and many clients find them more deeply relaxing than a massage.
Our practice is built on warmth, patience and careful listening, so we take the time to talk through everything before and during each session. Clients often tell us they feel grounded, calm and at peace after Reiki, and our Motoki classes teach practical ways to work with energy for grounding, strength and personal healing.
We also offer distance Reiki for those who need support between in-person visits.
