About
Hearty steaks, homemade pies, and a relaxed, friendly welcome: that's what we offer at Northwood Restaurant (Bistro). Set on the golf course in Monte Rio, we're a casual family restaurant serving diners across Monte Rio and Sonoma County.
Our menu is broad and generous, from steaks cooked exactly the way you ask for them to breakfast favorites like chicken fried steak and eggs, with plenty of vegetarian-friendly options such as our artichoke and pepper omelet. We also bake homemade pies and our servers are happy to walk you through the daily specials.
Guests tell us they enjoy the patio and the comfortable, eclectic dining room, which has a fireplace and a full bar. We also host live music and events, so there's always something to enjoy.
Stop by for a relaxed meal or call ahead to plan your visit.
