About
Based in Sausalito, Noni Homes - Design & Build provides design and build remodeling for homeowners across Marin County and the wider Bay Area. We take on full renovations, including bathrooms, closets, flooring, and heating and electrical upgrades, and we work with each client to shape the project around their ideas, whether those are fully formed or still taking shape.
Clear, responsive communication is central to how we work, so our clients are never left wondering about progress or design decisions. We give honest, practical feedback, offer options at every stage, and provide estimates we stand behind.
Our approach is thoughtful about family life, planning the work so that the process runs as smoothly as possible while you stay in your home. Many of our clients have returned for additional projects, and we're proud to be a long-term resource they continue to consult on new work.
