About
At NK - Albany, we help Albany and East Bay clients find deep relaxation and lasting relief through attentive, skilled bodywork. Every session begins with a check-in, so we can learn about your body's history, areas of concern, and how much pressure feels right for you that day.
Our massage work moves from light, easy strokes into deeper tissue at a pace that suits you, always tuned in to how your body responds. Many clients tell us they leave feeling nourished well beyond the appointment, and we're glad to help you plan a series of sessions aimed at a particular goal.
Between visits, we can also suggest simple exercises and stretches to help you maintain the benefits at home. We're grateful to serve families and professionals across Albany and the wider East Bay, and we'd love to welcome you in.
Book through [our booking page] or call us to schedule your first session.
