Nick Wagner, CMT, RCST brings whole-body sports massage and therapeutic bodywork to the Mission in San Francisco. Our approach looks at the body as a whole, so we work on how you move and align, not just the area that hurts.
Many of our clients come to us for ongoing hip, shoulder, and neck tension from desk work, and for recovery from old injuries that still flare up from time to time. We combine deep knowledge of physiology with an intuitive feel for movement, and we're glad to share simple exercises you can practice between sessions.
Clients across the Mission and throughout San Francisco find that a session here leaves them more aware of their body and moving with greater ease, whether they're active athletes, dancers, performers, or simply looking to feel better day to day.
