About
Nestor Kensinger offers EMDR psychotherapy for adults working through trauma, anxiety, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences, based in Santa Rosa and serving Sonoma County and the wider North Bay. We use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a structured therapy that helps the mind process distressing memories so they lose their emotional charge.
Our approach is grounded in careful listening, so every client moves at a pace that feels safe and respectful. We work with individuals across Santa Rosa and throughout Sonoma County who are ready for a more focused path toward healing.
Sessions are designed to help you feel steadier, more in control, and better equipped to handle what life brings.
