Neou Salon

Neou Salon offers skilled cuts, expert color and a caring, personable approach, and that's what we offer here in El Cerrito. Our stylists listen closely to what you want, then shape your hair with precision, which is especially helpful for those with very wavy hair.

We take real pride in our work, and our highlights and color services are a favorite among clients who return again and again. Many of our guests tell us they leave with compliments, and that comes from taking the time to understand your hair and your style.

Our salon is clean, comfortable and welcoming, a relaxed place for families and clients across El Cerrito and the East Bay to feel at ease.

Give us a call or stop by to book your next appointment and let's find a look you'll love.
