Based in Alamo, Nardine Azab, LMFT offers individual counseling and marriage and relationship therapy for women across Contra Costa County and the surrounding East Bay. We work with women through anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, family stress, and personal growth, with particular support for midlife changes such as perimenopause.
Our approach is tailored to each client, and we integrate a range of therapeutic methods, including EMDR, rather than a one-size-fits-all model. We create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and move toward practical insight and lasting change.
We are especially committed to supporting women of color, and we also offer therapy in Arabic for Arabic-speaking clients.
