Based in Los Altos, Nar Anon-Friends & Families offers support for people whose lives have been affected by someone else's addiction, serving families across Los Altos and the South Bay. We are a group of relatives and friends who meet regularly to share our experiences and learn how to care for ourselves while a loved one struggles.
Our focus is on recovery for the family, so we help members set healthier boundaries, let go of guilt, and stop feeding the cycle of worry and control. Every meeting is a safe, confidential space where you can speak openly and be heard by people who truly understand what you are going through.
