Napa Valley Physical Therapy Center brings hands-on physical therapy to Napa and the surrounding North Bay communities, helping patients recover from joint replacements, back and neck problems, and injuries of many kinds. Our therapists take time to listen, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and build a plan around each person's goals.
We apply therapy movements gently but firmly, and we teach patients the home exercises that help them progress between visits. Many of the patients we serve are active people, including athletes and those who train regularly, so we focus on correct movement and steady, disciplined recovery.
We also care for older adults and their caregivers, designing programs that help maintain strength, balance, and independence. Our team is glad to be part of the Napa community, and we're here to help you get back to the activities you enjoy.
